As a Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive business growth. If you have a strong background in Banking / NBFC with hands-on experience in Gold Loans, Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, and NCD operations, this is a great opportunity to step up your career.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead daily morning meetings and cascade management instructions.
• Oversee branch transactions, expense control, vouchers, registers, and end-of-day processes.
• Custodian of branch keys, important documents, and unused cheques.
• Drive and monitor business targets, loan recovery, and promotional activities.
• Ensure accurate system entries, authorizations, and timely fund remittances.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain branch decorum.
• Manage audits, statutory licenses, and compliance requirements.
• Verify pledged items and ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain customer databases and submit timely reports to HO / ROM.

Requirements :

Qualification : Any UG / PG.

Strong leadership, business development, and branch administration skills.
