Role Overview
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to join our growth team. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the sales cycle - from understanding client needs, building tailored proposals, and creating impactful presentations to collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills with a solid understanding of B2B sales, technology, and developer-focused marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand client requirements and translate them into effective proposals and presentations.
- Develop solution decks, RFP / RFQ responses, and pricing models for developer marketing and community engagement programs.
- Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry trends to create customized solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
- Support the sales process by handling client queries, technical clarifications, and pre-sales documentation.
- Present solutions and ideas to clients alongside sales leads when required.
- Maintain and update the repository of proposals, templates, and case studies.
Requirements
5 years of experience in a pre-sales , solutions , or client success role — ideally in a B2B tech , developer marketing , or IT services environment.Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams under tight deadlines.Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce preferred).Understanding of developer ecosystems, hackathons, or tech community engagement is a plus.What We Offer
