Job descriptionExperience : Minimum 810 years in Retail Banking with at least 1.52 years in the current role. Book Size : CASA book of ₹100 Cr+ (MNC Banks : AUM + SA / CA ₹80100 Cr). Education : Postgraduate preferred (MBA, Engineering + MBA, or equivalent). Appraisal : Must have been in Top 2 performance categories for the last 3 years. Leadership : Experience managing branch teams (sales, service, and operations). Communication : Fluent in English and professionally presentable. JAIIB / CAIIB NISM / IRDA / AMFI Work with a leading private sector bank known for career growth and performance-based recognition. About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager - Branch Banking professional with strong leadership, client acquisition, and business development skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail liabilities and team management, with a proven ability to drive profitability and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Drive business growth through CASA acquisition and portfolio enhancement.
- Manage the overall profitability, compliance, and operations of the branch.
- Lead a team to achieve sales, service, and productivity goals.
- Cross-sell wealth and insurance products to existing and new customers.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure superior service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and regional teams for business initiatives.
