Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Mysore. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored financing solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and approaching potential clients, conducting financial assessments, preparing and presenting proposals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial services and banking products, including secured and unsecured financing solutions
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to conduct financial assessments and develop tailored financing proposals
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for customer engagement and service delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry, especially in NBFCs or banks, is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
