Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, setting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The role also involves mentoring and training junior staff, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, developing sales strategies, and setting sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or related industry is a plus
