Senior Marketing Manager (Mumbai and B2B only)

Drive B2B Marketing Initiatives :

Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to B2B audiences, ensuring Nexsales' products and solutions reach their target market effectively.

Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns :

Design, launch, and optimize campaigns across channels to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and improve engagement with prospective clients.

Craft and Oversee Engaging Content :

Create, manage, and refine content strategies that resonate with our target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, emails, and social media assets, all designed to strengthen Nexsales' thought leadership in the B2B space.

Leverage Analytical Skills for Insightful Decisions :

Use data-driven insights to measure and optimize campaign performance, track key marketing metrics, and identify new opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Collaborate and Communicate with Cross-Functional Teams :

Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints.

Mentor Assistant Marketing Managers :

Provide guidance on campaign execution, performance analysis, and professional development

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Ideally MBA in Marketing (full-time).
• 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on the US market.
• Demonstrated success in building and executing GTM strategies.
• Marketing Communications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in managing ad platforms is would be great.
• Hands-on experience managing events in the US and working with analyst firms would be a plus.
