We're Hiring : HR Manager
Location : Ahmedabad | Experience : 7-10 years
Education : MBA (Human resource preferred)

What You'll Do :
- Drive HR strategy aligned with fast-paced business goals
- Lead full-cycle tech hiring, talent planning & employer branding
- Build robust performance & leadership development systems
- Launch engaging L&D programs across tech & non-tech teams
- Champion employee engagement, morale, and retention
- Own Compensation & Benefits strategy - fair, competitive, and smart
- Ensure flawless HR operations, compliance & legal hygiene
- Lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with action, not just intent
Must-Have Skills :
7-10 years in HR, including 3+ years in a senior HR leadership roleExperience in high-growth tech / IT companiesStrong grasp of HR strategy, performance, culture-buildingHands-on with KEKA HRMS or similar HR toolsExceptional communication, people management & stakeholder skillsStrategic mindset with tactical execution powerGood to Have :
Certifications : SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar (optional but valued)Exposure to remote work models, startup scaling, or global teamsExperience in handling CXO-level HR initiativesA background in psychology, OD, or behavioral science is a plusWho This Role Is Not For :
