About the Role :
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, documentation, and supporting smooth HR processes across the organization. The role requires strong coordination, communication skills, and accuracy in managing HR records and systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and documentation.
- Maintain and update HRMS / HR portals with accurate employee data.
- Assist in conducting employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Manage background verification, vendor coordination, and compliance-related documentation.
- Support performance review processes and maintain relevant records.
- Ensure smooth exit formalities, including documentation and FNF coordination.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and ensure proper HR documentation practices.
Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.0.6 to 2 years of experience in HR operations. (Exp in recruitment only will not considered)Good understanding of HR processes, attendance & payroll basics.Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HRMS tools.Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.Interested candidates can share their updated CV at : [HIDDEN TEXT]
