About the Role :
The HR Operations Executive at Brightedge will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for executing HR operations with accuracy and empathy — while driving automation, analytics, and process improvements that make Brightedge an exceptional place to work. You’ll collaborate closely with our HR, Finance, and Business teams to ensure that every people process is simple, transparent, and impactful.
Responsibilities :
People Operations & Employee Lifecycle :
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding : offer letters, background checks, documentation, and induction coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in Brightedge’s HRIS systems
- Ensure smooth coordination of employee confirmations, transfers, and exits
- Continuously refine HR processes to ensure scalability and efficiency as the organization grow
Payroll & Benefits Administration :
Prepare, validate, and process monthly payroll inputs (attendance, variable pay, new joiners, exits, etc.)Work with Finance and external partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll executionAdminister employee benefits such as insurance, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Gratuity)Support employees with payroll- and tax-related queriesHR Systems, Analytics & Automation :
Manage HR systems (e.g., Keka / Zoho People / GreytHR) and ensure data integrityIdentify automation opportunities to streamline HR workflows and reduce manual interventionGenerate periodic HR dashboards and insights for leadership decision-makingCompliance & Policy Management :
Ensure all HR operations align with local labor laws and internal compliance requirementsPrepare documentation and reports for audits, inspections, or filingsAssist in updating and communicating HR policies across teamsEmployee Experience & Support :
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes or systemsSupport engagement and recognition initiatives across teamsPartner with the People & Culture team to build a positive, inclusive, and performance-oriented work environmentQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or Business AdministrationMBA / PGDM in HR preferredRequired Skills :
2–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles, preferably in a startup or tech-driven companyProficiency with HRIS / HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.)Strong Excel and data analysis skillsDetail-oriented with a process-first mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismSelf-starter attitude with ownership and bias for action.Preferred Skills :
