Role : Associate Director, Agile Delivery

Location : Ahmedabad

Team : Lead multiple Agile teams or programs, drive enterprise-wide Agile transformation, and deliver strategic business outcomes across domains.

Impact :

• Serve as a senior Agile leader, guiding teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and delivery excellence.
• Influence organizational strategy, Agile adoption, and process improvement at scale.
• Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery leads.
• Drive cross-team collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment of Agile delivery with business goals and customer value.
• Represent the organization in external forums and strategic partnerships.
