Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across product engineering, cloud, AI / ML, data engineering etc. domains, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Fostering Agile and Lean principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize delivery efficiency.
- Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to agreed scopes, timelines, and budgets.
- Conducting project reviews, audits and tracking non-compliances & red flags, and actions.
- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence.
- Guide Project Managers in planning, execution, problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Handle escalations effectively, build trust-based relationship, providing timely resolutions and maintaining customer confidence.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, delivery quality standards, and organizational policies.
- Regularly track and report project performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership to align delivery strategies with organizational goals.
- Drive process improvements and innovation in delivery methodologies and tools.
Qualifications and Skills :
Total 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of experience in a delivery management role.Strong knowledge of Agile and latest SDLC / Devops practices.Exposure to software services projects within product engineering, applications, cloud, data, AI / ML.Good high-level understanding of technology approach, implementation and architectures concepts.Proven experience in managing delivery in challenging project environments.Very Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaboration within teams and with customers.Experience in managing North American, UK, European customers across diverse industries and project models.Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.Empathy and emotional intelligence for understanding team and customer sentiments.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Master's degree is a plus
