Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across product engineering, cloud, AI / ML, data engineering etc. domains, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Fostering Agile and Lean principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize delivery efficiency.
  • Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to agreed scopes, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conducting project reviews, audits and tracking non-compliances & red flags, and actions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence.
  • Guide Project Managers in planning, execution, problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Handle escalations effectively, build trust-based relationship, providing timely resolutions and maintaining customer confidence.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, delivery quality standards, and organizational policies.
  • Regularly track and report project performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align delivery strategies with organizational goals.
  • Drive process improvements and innovation in delivery methodologies and tools.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Total 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of experience in a delivery management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and latest SDLC / Devops practices.
  • Exposure to software services projects within product engineering, applications, cloud, data, AI / ML.
  • Good high-level understanding of technology approach, implementation and architectures concepts.
  • Proven experience in managing delivery in challenging project environments.
  • Very Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaboration within teams and with customers.
  • Experience in managing North American, UK, European customers across diverse industries and project models.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence for understanding team and customer sentiments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus
