Requirements

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Consultant with deep expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) . The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, and integration, with a strong background in developing scalable, automated solutions that align with enterprise goals.

This role involves end-to-end ownership of ServiceNow projects — from architecture design and configuration to workflow automation and system integration. You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and development teams to deliver secure, efficient, and user-friendly ServiceNow environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Customization :

Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Case, and Employee Center. Build and optimize flows and integrations to meet business requirements.

Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions and custom scoped applications to support enterprise HR and IT operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.

Develop custom workflows, UI policies, client / server scripts, and business rules using GlideRecord , GlideSystem , and ServiceNow scripting APIs .

Design and build integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other middleware tools.

Lead cross-functional ServiceNow projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and performance standards. Mentor junior developers and guide offshore teams on ServiceNow best practices.

Evaluate existing business processes and identify automation opportunities using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Catalog. Ensure consistent user experience across modules.

Work closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate business goals into technical requirements. Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and technical reviews.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization to deliver continuous improvement in ServiceNow capabilities.

Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, integrations, and changes. Ensure compliance with data security, audit, and governance standards.
