ServiceNow Architect - ITSM / CMDB Modules

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or other modules.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them on customization, scripting, and integration.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation, including configuration, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and compliance with security standards.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend adoption of new features.
• Mentor junior developers and provide training on ServiceNow best Skills & Qualifications :
• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and capabilities.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in implementing workflows, service catalogs, and CMDB.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
