Key Responsibilities for GM Finance – Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, aligned with organisational goals and growth ambitions.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring sound financial decision making.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis to senior management and the board.
• Oversee financial risk management, internal controls and compliance with all relevant statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance operations, processes, and systems to maximise efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage cash flow, capital management, and investment strategies to ensure the organisation's financial sustainability.
• Lead annual audit processes and ensure robust relationship management with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Support and challenge business units and stimulate value creation across all areas of the company.
