Revenue Manager, Equity & MTF

We are looking for a Revenue / Category Manager who will own the Equity & MTF revenue line and drive optimisation across pricing, utilisation, and product adoption. The role requires strong domain understanding of broking products, analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with business, product, risk and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue growth for Equity & MTF categories
Track and monitor daily / weekly / monthly P&L, identify revenue levers and leakages
Drive MTF utilisation, book growth, and pricing strategy
Analyse client trading patterns and MTF behaviour to identify business opportunities
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and revenue forecasts for management
Benchmark competition on pricing, product features, and MTF offerings
Collaborate with Product & Risk teams to enhance MTF journey, risk controls, and pricing models
Support product and process improvements to improve category profitability
Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI / Exchange guidelines for MTF & Equity business
Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Compliance for smooth execution of business initiatives
Candidate Profile
4–8 years experience in Broking, Capital Markets, Revenue, P&L, Business Analytics or Category / Product
Strong understanding of Equity products, MTF, order types, exposure limits
Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL or BI tools preferred
Ability to work independently in an IC role
Strong stakeholder management and execution ownership
