Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Food and Beverage Captain. The Food and Beverage Captain will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage service, ensuring service standards are met, managing and training staff, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will also involve coordinating with the kitchen and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills in managing staff and daily operations
• Knowledge of Service Standards and Food Service practices
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
