Presidency University is looking for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant campus food court. If you’re passionate about food service excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

🥗 Manage day-to-day operations of the campus food court

🥗 Coordinate with vendors and ensure quality, hygiene, and timely service

🥗 Monitor inventory, budgets, and vendor contracts

🥗 Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance

🥗 Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements :

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in food service or hospitality management

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
