Key Responsibilities : Project Lead Piping Engineering

• Guide, Coordinate, Monitor And Control Of Multi Discipline Engineering Activities Through Respective Leads And Designers
• Communicate The Project Objectives, Scope, Milestones, Contract Terms And Conditions, Budgets To The Project Team
• Identify Critical Execution Issues And Prepare A Look Ahead Schedule
• Plan And Implement The Engineering Activities On Projects And According To Project Execution Model Under The Direction Of Engineering Head
• Act As A Primary Contact And Maintain Good Customer Relations
• To Prepare Project Execution Plan, Project Coordination Procedure , Project Quality Plan And Man Power Projection Plan
• Establish Change Management System, Monitor And Control
• To Prepare Project Risk Analysis, Review The Same Periodically And Implement Corrective And Preventive Actions
• Strong Organization, Planning And Time Management Skills To Achieve Results
