The Opportunity :

We are seeking a Lead or Senior Project Engineer – Mechanical Pumping Station with 10–18 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru . In this role, you will lead the design and coordination of pumping stations and water infrastructure projects , primarily for the UAE and GCC markets. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a global engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Lead mechanical design and project execution for pumping stations (water, wastewater, firefighting, irrigation)

✅ Manage mechanical systems for treatment plants, chilled water networks , and central utility facilities

✅ Prepare and manage project plans including scheduling, budgeting , and risk management

✅ Perform and review hydraulic modeling , surge analysis, and system sizing

✅ Ensure all designs comply with UAE codes and regulations (Dubai Municipality, ADIBC, ESMA, etc.)

✅ Review and approve detailed design drawings, tender documents, and technical specs

✅ Coordinate with global multidisciplinary teams and resolve technical challenges effectively

✅ Mentor junior engineers and drive high-quality project delivery

What We’re Looking For :

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

🛠️ 10–18 years of experience in mechanical design and project leadership

🌍 Prior experience working on UAE / GCC water infrastructure projects is highly desirable

📘 Strong knowledge of UAE standards (DM, ADIBC, ESMA)

💻 Proficient in hydraulic modeling tools and mechanical design software

👥 Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
