Job descriptionApply full lifecycle program management for multidisciplinary global initiatives. Manage scheduling, budgeting, and risk using Microsoft Project. Train internal teams and ensure product introduction readiness. Build trust and resolve conflicts through effective negotiation and escalation.
Key Deliverables :
- Lead cross-functional, global program teams to deliver product / service development within budget and schedule.
- Ensure end-to-end execution of product development, including NPI, certification, and factory readiness.
- Set up and manage supply chains and vendor coordination for program needs.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and communication across Sales, Ops, and Engineering.
