O365 / M365 Administrator

The O365 / M365 Administrator will manage and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD. The role involves handling escalated issues, performing advanced troubleshooting, supporting service improvement initiatives, and ensuring security and compliance across M365 services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and support service improvement initiatives.
• Use PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
• Manage Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, and enforce security best practices.
• Utilize Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Compliance Center for monitoring and compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure enterprise-grade M365 implementations and security frameworks.
