Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administration professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including employee records, recruitment support, onboarding, and payroll assistance, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and HRIS systems.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely distribution of salaries.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
