Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Human Resources Intern. The HR Intern will assist the functional head in various HR tasks such as Short Listing Profiles, Telephone round of interview, arranging face to face interview, documentation formalities, MIS Reports management and supporting HR management and recruitment The intern will also be involved in day-to-day administrative tasks and contribute to improving HR processes and policies.
Desired Qualifications
Should be a graduate in any field
Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Knowledge of HR Policies and Talen Acquisition formalities
Experience in Personnel Management / Hiring process
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
