Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Navi Mumbai, is for a Jr. HR Recruiter. The Jr. HR Recruiter will handle day-to-day tasks including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Qualification : Open to graduates from any stream (BA / MA, B.Com / M.Com, BBA / MBA) – Freshers welcome to kick-start their professional Journey

Eligibility

• Freshers with 70% or above in Graduation
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Preferably based in or around Kharghar / Panvel
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Open to working beyond core HR duties
