Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in IT / technical roles. You’ll play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while leveraging AI-driven tools to streamline recruitment.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, offering the flexibility to balance office collaboration with remote productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and offers.
- Use AI-powered recruitment tools and platforms to enhance candidate search, screening, and communication.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with Hard.coded’s culture and values.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
1–2 years of recruitment experience (experience in technical hiring preferred).Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, job boards, and social recruiting.Proficiency with AI recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Why Join Hard.coded?
