Roles and Responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills & Team Handling Experience More than 80+ Strength.
- Stable Profile & Core in BPO Culture B2C / Inside sales / Tele sales / Outbound Sales
- Regional Language is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Advance Excel and track data on daily basis .
- Knowledge About Attrition & Shrinkage Team handling Internal Metrics + Formulas .
- Presentable and expert in handling team and target strategies to achieve Goals .
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets through effective communication, coaching, and feedback.
- Develop and execute strategies for upselling / cross-selling travel packages to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for outbound sales initiatives.
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries related to flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel services.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Role & responsibilities
