Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual for the Banking Voice Process role in Day Shift. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu and will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs via phone.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking services.
- Assist customers in resolving their queries related to accounts, transactions, and products.
- Provide accurate information on banking products and services in Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records as per company policies.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu (spoken and written).Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly.Basic understanding of banking products and services.Good problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Skills Required
