Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via voice communication in Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with software and hardware.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and functionalities.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam.Strong understanding of computer systems and software applications.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others.Basic knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems.Prior experience in a technical support role is a plus, but not mandatory for freshers.Skills Required
