Learning & Development Coordinator - Backfill

Nisum is looking for a dedicated Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team as a backfill. In this role, you'll be instrumental in implementing and evaluating training programs, coordinating sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization. What You'll Do :

• Implement training programs.
• Develop training materials and resources using AI .
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including managing the L&D calendar.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training is delivered according to plan.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in employee development.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
• Provide support and guidance to employees during training.
• Monitor and assess the progress of trainees.
• Ensure compliance with training regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with external training providers.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
