Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and policy-savvy leader to head Government Partnerships in India. This role will focus on partnering with key government stakeholders, mapping policy synergies, and driving product engagement and adoption across public education systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Central and State Government bodies across K-12, Higher Education, and ITI segments.
- Map existing and upcoming government education policies to identify strategic alignment with Adobe's products and education initiatives.
- Liaise with senior government officials including Commissioners, Principal Secretaries, and other decision-makers to communicate product value propositions.
- Lead product adoption efforts by defining and tracking KPIs for engagement and impact.
- Drive capacity building through stakeholder training programmes, cadence calls, and regular field visits.
- Deliver executive-level reports for internal stakeholders and progress updates for senior government officials.
- Curate insights from stakeholder engagements to inform product roadmap and future iterations.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in government relations, education policy, or public sector partnerships; prior experience in EdTech or SaaS preferred.Strong understanding of India's education policy landscape and government functioning.Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and programme execution in public sector environments.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate policy into actionable partnership opportunities.Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders.Head Partnership – Education

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Partnerships to lead partner ecosystem development for the Education sector in India, with a focus on the K-12 segment .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with :
Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)Educational PublishersICT Solution ProvidersAffordable Private School (APS) ChainsNon-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)Education Labs SuppliersHardware SuppliersOther education solution providers for schoolsThis high-visibility role is critical in driving the acquisition engine and engagement of Adobe products in the education market. It requires the ability to independently evaluate potential partners and channels from a product-fit perspective to ensure effective delivery of penetration and engagement for relevant products from the Adobe ecosystem. A deep understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem and its key players is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand Adobe's footprint in the Indian education sector.Identify and engage with potential partners across ISVs, publishers, ICT players, APS chains, NGOs, labs, hardware suppliers, and other education-focused organizations.Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with Adobe's strategic goals.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure successful partner onboarding and enablement.Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote Adobe's education offerings.Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.Represent Adobe at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build brand visibility and thought leadership.Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership performance and market trends.Qualifications
