About the Role
The role involves overseeing technology risk management activities in ERP for the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance, and managing user access privileges.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for business transaction data processing, so as to ensure Data Integrity and Business Continuity.
- Ensuring ERP user management access privileges and password.
- Ensuring Regulatory compliance for Manufacturing process.
- Taking overall responsibility for Technology risk management activity in ERP for Manufacturing process.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining a fully tested comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan for Business continuity.
- Regulatory requirement configuration the critical fields and validate for Manufacturing process in Plant.
- Integration between ERP and Government Portal API required master configuration and management.
- Customization of Legal document output Form as PFI, e-Invoice Copy, COA, PO which is interfacing with customer and vendor.
- Identify the High, medium, and low priority user issues in daily business process.
- Developing and implementing of MIS report for compliance Regulatory requirement, Finance requirement.
- Identification of user issues which is Development issue, which can be possible through front end and which issues can be solve through back end and where required service provider involvement.
- Ensuring Security of transactions configuration to stop Back dated transactions update and unwanted user asses based on user roll and access privilege level.
- Monitoring System implementation, Support, system analysis, application & data integration, and logical system security.
- Ensuring ERP S / W up to date as Latest Build No.for compliance requirement of GST and TDS with the co-ordination of Service provider and consultant.
- Troubleshooting all technology issues.
- Formulating overall strategy and policy for an effective and efficient function of ERP process.
- Monitoring, managing, and maintaining all ERP Business Process.
- Purchasing, receiving, and accounting of ERP modules for upgrade the business process.
- Coordinating with Plant IT and other team for ERP implementation and support.
- Building and managing a stable, disciplined and result-oriented team, with successful leadership.
- Identifying the training needs of the team members and fulfilling these through formal training as well as hand-holding, guiding, coaching.
- Maintaining employee morale by creating safe and efficient working environment.
- Motivating / mentoring / counselling to achieve desired performance.
Qualifications
Graduate from Technical (BE / BCA) / Master (MBA / PGDBM / MCA) with Minimum 5-year Experience in PERP all module as (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR (Pay roll and Personal)
Required Technical & Functional Skills
SQL, Excel Pivot, ERP technical Module RDF and DLD, Knowledge of tables and Field to access the transactional data and Master data. Functional modules (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR Pay roll and Personal) with business process knowledge should be there.
