Our platforms today are used by ~400 internal users across business functions, and we also offer a client portal where customers can track the real-time progress of their projects.
The Role :
We are looking for a mid-level Product Manager to own and drive ERP, AI, and client-facing product modules. This role sits at the intersection of design, technology, operations, and customer experience. You'll translate user needs into product requirements, shape workflows, and ensure seamless adoption through training and enablement.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across India and the US, collaborate with the design team to create high-fidelity flows, and partner with the tech team to take features from concept to release. Key Responsibilities :
- Own ERP, AI, and client-facing modules : Define, prioritize, and deliver workflows that serve sales, design, operations, finance, leadership, and clients.
- AI-driven product innovation : Leverage curiosity in AI and strong domain familiarity to recommend future-forward solutions that create measurable impact.
- User Research & Workflow Analysis : Engage with stakeholders and end-users to understand business processes, capture needs, and write clear specs.
- Design collaboration : Work with the design team in Figma to ensure requirements are translated into high-quality, user-friendly flows and interfaces.
Tech handoff : Interface with the engineering team to ensure clarity on requirements and timely delivery.
Process improvement : Work with associate PMs and adoption teams to identify gaps and opportunities with high ROI and propose creative, structured solutions.User enablement : Lead training and adoption sessions, ensuring internal teams and clients are confident and effective using new modules.Cross-timezone collaboration : Overlap with US-based team members for key meetings and discussions.What We're Looking For :
4 - 8 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to building from scratch on ERP, SaaS, workflow automation, or client-facing platforms.Understanding of design & build company operations and execution, or the ability to quickly learn the domain.Understanding of basic financial processes of an operations heavy organization.Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex workflows into clear, actionable steps.High user empathy, sincerity, and adaptability to understand diverse perspectives and adjust quickly in a fast-changing environment.Creative thinker and problem-solver with the ability to design intuitive, easy-to-use solutions that simplify user work and processes.Track and stay ahead of emerging AI trends and technologies, experiment with practical applications, and identify opportunities to integrate AI to solve business problems.Ability to context-switch quickly, build user trust and confidence, and uncover even unspoken needs.Strong grasp of identifying process gaps and coming up with innovative solutions that drive efficiency and adoption.Excellent communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders and translate requirements effectively.Familiarity with Figma for reviewing and collaborating on design flows.Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Nice-to-have : Exposure to technical concepts (APIs, system flows) to enable smoother collaboration with tech teams.Work Setup :
