- Manage the Oracle Fusion ERP solution and associated Finance Systems team in our Shared Service Centre working closely with the overall ERP Systems Manager in London
- Identify, recommend and implement Oracle Fusion ERP process improvements.
- Ensure best practices related to Oracle Fusion are established in supporting necessary business rules.
- Assist divisional users with the Data Integration maintenance and enhancements to data.
- Maintain metadata, variables, workflows, process management and rules within Oracle Fusion as business requirements change.
- Conduct setup and provide support for end user security, on-going monitoring of the platform including integration and liasin
- Provide support for for month-end, quarterly, and year-end tasks.
- Provide support during and after User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including training new users, creating training materials and facilitating training sessions..
- Liaison for internal and external auditors providing financial information requirements.
- Troubleshoot Oracle ERP system issues.
- Review Oracle upgrades and support in the testing and integration process.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and controls.
- Create documentation for standard work processes.
- Works supportively and collaboratively with the Finance Transformation Team, agreeing pre-ERP, and transitional system related activities. Understand and plan the operational impact changes to the ERP system including upstream impacts on the EPM platform
- Works with Oracle, PWC and our Finance Transformation Team to identify and support in the delivery of optimisation and implementation phases to the Oracle Fusion Platform
Skills and Experience :
- Relevant tertiary level or professional qualifications
- Must have Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud Experience
- Significant hands-on experience of working as a Finance Systems Manager working with large-scale Finance IT systems within a comparable business environment
- A good understanding of core Finance processes and accountancy principles, acquired by working within a large (100+ FTE) Finance or IT Department
- Considerable experience of managing and fostering relationships with vendors
- Supported in a Finance systems role experience of ERP migration to Oracle Fusion and ideally has a sound knowledge of links to EPM including FCCS and PBCS would be beneficial
