▷ Immediate Start! Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview : This will be a critical role providing extensive Recruiting solutions and strategy to assigned division / department of the firm.

• What You’ll Be Doing;
• Own full recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and offer process.
• Build a diverse pipeline of technical candidates using creative sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
• Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
• Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
• What We Look for In You;
• 7-10 yrs years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from product org / Start ups or high-growth tech environment.
• BE / B.Tech or Graduate in Any steam
• Experience working with engineering teams and hiring for technical roles, including but not limited to Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and more.
• Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.
• Passion and understanding of technology as well as digital currency.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Have research experience and Proven track record of successfully delivering against goals within a given deadlines
• Strong Talent Sourcing experience across geographies
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
