Job description

Overview :

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent acquisition Manager for a fastest growing accounting firm in the US to setup the entire TA function.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition :

Develop and implement a scalable recruiting strategy framework that aligns with company goals and supports growth across all partner firms.

  • Stakeholder Partnership :
  • Collaborate closely with partner firms and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, processes, and challenges, ensuring tailored recruiting solutions.

  • Team Leadership :
  • Lead and manage an offshore recruitment team responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates across diverse roles.

  • Vendor Management :
  • Build, manage, and maintain relationships with third-party recruitment firms, acting as the key liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Recruitment Operations :
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including :

    1. Proactive sourcing through job boards, events, referrals, and social media.

    2. Screening resumes and assessing candidate fit.

    3. Conducting initial interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment.

    4. Managing offers and ensuring smooth candidate engagement through onboarding.

  • Data Management & Analytics :
  • Maintain a comprehensive candidate database and track key recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness over time.

  • Reporting :
  • Generate and present regular recruitment reports and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Compliance & Market Awareness :
  • Stay informed on labor laws and regulations, updating internal teams as necessary. Maintain strong market presence within the professional services and accounting recruitment space.

    Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team of 3–5 members.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience mentoring and developing recruitment team members.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
