Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for selling AYKA Care subscription packages through calls, messages, emails, direct meetings, and field visits.

Key Responsibilities :

• ⁠ ⁠Promote and sell AYKA Care subscription packages to doctors, nurses, and patients.
• ⁠ ⁠Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and networking.
• ⁠ ⁠Conduct field visits and direct sales meetings to onboard healthcare professionals and patients.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and renewals.
• ⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• ⁠ ⁠Report daily activities and progress to the reporting manager.
• ⁠ ⁠Stay updated on AYKA Care products and services to deliver accurate information.

Job Type : Hybrid (Office + Remote + Field)

Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on performance and experience)

Incentives : Attractive monthly sales incentives will be shared separately.
