Deputy Manager - Team Lead HFM & USM

Job descriptionLead and manage the HFM and USM teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional development. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial reporting activities. Conduct regular reviews of team performance and implement strategies for improvement. Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex financial reporting queries. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 9-11 years of experience in financial management or reporting, preferably in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Unified Smart Reporting (USM). Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- The Deputy Manager - Team Lead HFM & USM will oversee the financial reporting team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a seasoned professional to lead the team, mentor junior members, and drive process improvements.
- Lead the design, development, and validation of HFM & USM systems, ensuring seamless integration of vehicle functions. Manage project timelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with automotive standards. Provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and oversee system testing to deliver high-quality solutions within budget and schedule.
