Business Development Associate Role :
Key Responsibilities :
- Student Counselling / Sales Calls : Engage with prospective students, understand their background and career aspirations, and pitch Pregrad courses.
- Enrollment Assistance : Guide students through the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration. Follow up with potential leads.
- Performance Tracking : Maintain records of interactions, counseling outcomes, and conversion rates. Provide periodic reports on enrollments.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Maintain daily pipeline with self-generated leads, referrals, and follow-ups to achieve conversion goals.
- Sales Conversion : Negotiate WIN-WIN deals and manage profitability index as per guidelines.
- Student Coordination : Be the interface between students and the operations team throughout the course completion.

Timing : 11am-8pm
Salary Offered : 20,000 for Freshers - 25000 for Experienced, Per Month
