Project Costing Executive

Job Purpose :

Manage costing for large, complex projects by interpreting architectural drawings, estimating costs, conducting rate analysis, and preparing Bills of Material. Track pricing for Gyproc and non-Gyproc components and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure project profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Interpret drawings and prepare detailed cost estimations
• Use Revit / AutoCAD for planning and estimation
• Liaise with vendors, analyze costs, and manage procurement inquiries
• Visit sites to understand challenges and validate costs
• Track project progress and maintain updated pricing
• Document best practices and ensure compliance with tax and company policies
