Project Role : Associate Project Manager – OCE Support

Key Responsibilities
1. Configuration & Customization
- Oversee minor configuration updates within OCE modules (custom objects, fields, LOVs, ratings).
- Evaluate and manage minor customization requests within existing modules (excluding managed package changes).
2. Routine Administration & Data Management
Supervise survey creation, territory / division creation & renames, and sample limit adjustments.Ensure timely execution of manual bulk data loads, custom / joined report generation, and resolution of DST error records.3. Release Management
Plan and manage release cycles for IQVIA-developed features and scheduled OCE updates.Coordinate regression testing, deployment readiness, and post-release validation with internal and vendor teams.4. Incident & Problem Management
Lead resolution of escalated issues from L1; ensure SLA compliance and root cause analysis.Maintain knowledge base and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.5. Team & Stakeholder Management
Manage and mentor a team of L2 engineers deployed via vendor contracts.Act as the primary escalation point for business and IT stakeholders; provide regular status updates and reports.Collaborate with vendor teams to ensure effective delivery and support.Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and IQVIA OCE modules.Hands-on experience with configuration, data management, and release processes.Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing support teams and vendor coordination.Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201 or higher).ITIL Foundation certification.Exposure to pharmaceutical or life sciences domain.Experience with MuleSoft, Snowflake, or similar integration / data platforms.Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
