About the Role :

HeadField Solutions is looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter with 1–4 years of in-house recruiting experience , preferably handling Sales, BDM, and similar corporate roles . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment platforms . This role requires a proactive recruiter who can source, screen, and close candidates effectively while working closely with our internal teams.

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in corporate in-house recruiting .
• Hands-on experience recruiting Sales, Business Development, and related roles .
• Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Monster, and other platforms .
• Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, corporate environment .
