Job Title : Talent Acquisition Partner

Location : Bangalore

Working Model : Hybrid

Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Intro :

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and ensuring seamless talent acquisition delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in IT hiring, hands-on experience with sourcing strategies, and the ability to build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement gathering & Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portal, networking, LinkedIn etc
  • Conduct interviews, plan and implement recruiting events and sourcing activities
  • Meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports.
  • Ensure all paperwork is received and completed according to company policy.
  • Responsible for contract management and post offer management.
  • Act as a single point of contact to business stakeholders for all recruiting needs.
  • Influence & administer employee referral process of applicants.
  • Provide external marketplace information to recruiting leadership.
  • Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools.
  • Review recruit files for completeness.
  • Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request.
  • Identify issues, recommend and implement necessary actions.

Desired Skills :

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain talent pipelines across diverse technology roles and skill sets.
  • Proficient in using multiple job portals and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn for active and passive hiring.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools, Excel, and recruitment dashboards for managing and reporting hiring activities.
  • Strong understanding of technology stacks, market trends, and niche IT skills to identify the right fit.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and detail-driven, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
