We’re now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help us build the kind of team that makes magic happen. If you love the thrill of closing tough roles, partnering with hiring managers, and shaping how a company hires—not just who—we’d love to meet you.

Location : Hybrid - Bangalore (preferred location) / Delhi / Pune

What You’ll Be Doing :

Talent Acquisition (70% of your work)

• Own 10–12 critical hires per quarter across engineering, GTM, and leadership roles
• Keep offer acceptance rates high (>

80%) and backfills low
