Experience : 5-10 years of proven, hands-on experience in US IT recruitment or talent acquisition, with a specific focus on OPT / CPT hiring and H1B transfers.Knowledge : Strong understanding of the US staffing process, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and legal employment regulations.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Technical Proficiency : Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various job portals / sourcing tools.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Comfortable working in night shift
- MINIMUM 5 TO 10 YEARS experience marketing OPT / CPT Candidates (Must Have)
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills
- Need to recruit OPT / CPT , H1, GC and GC EAD
- Need to have good convincing skills.
- Hands-on experience with job boards like Dice, OPT portals and , etc.
- Experience in recruiting H1B transfers / EAD's and independent contractors.
