Senior Manager Legal (Urgent Search)

Role & responsibilities

• The person should be able to draft any contracts including Business Agreement, Lease Deed etc.
• To handle matters such as Trade mark (protecting and defending infringement of Trade mark, IPR)
• Handle consumer cases reply, and defending before respective judicial / quasi-judicial forum
• Handle litigations, court procedures involving any matters related to company's day-to-day affairs

Preferred candidate profile

1. Law degree from recognized college under Regular stream of 5 years or 3 years of BL / LLB with Graduation

2. Post qualification experience of not less than 10 to 15 7 years in any medium / large organization / law firm.

3. Candidate should be willing to travel to Retail stores spread across South India.
