Senior Legal Manager

Experience in handling litigations before high court, lower court, Tribunals(Industrials Tribunals, OERC Statutory),Consumer Forums etc.

Experience in coordinating / briefing Counsels.

Providing research-oriented services on various legal issues, consultation, and legal opinion to company on internal legal quires.

Drafting skill-Drafting of basic legal documents.

Liaising with lawyers and ensure timely review and follow up.

Manage and coordinate external counsel on litigation, disputes, and specialized legal matters.

Lead legal due diligence and support M&A or other strategic transactions.

Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including commercial agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, including corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
