Main Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop strong pipelines of IT professionals through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports for client updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.In-depth knowledge of US staffing processes (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.Proficiency with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote environment.What We Offer :
