Job Title : Assistant Purchase Manager

Location : Sanand, Ahmedabad

Experience : 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQs, vendor negotiations, and PO management.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance with AS9100 / ISO standards .
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure material requirements are met.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure documentation readiness for audits.
• Handle procurement of aerospace-grade materials, components, and critical parts with long lead times.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR , and other relevant export / import regulations.
• Work with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / IFS) to manage procurement workflows.
