About the Opportunity :

Synergistix India is seeking a motivated and technically-astute Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in the Delhi NCR region. Key Responsibilities :

• Drive sales by engaging with OEM customers who manufacture devices for minimally invasive procedures, medical implants, IV cannulas, covered stents, syringes, and various types of needles.
• Serve as the primary technical expert on our product line, including medical-grade Nitinol, precious metals, silicone, epoxy, PU, and e PTFE.
• Understand complex customer applications—from stents and coatings to surgical blades—and recommend the ideal material solutions.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure superior service and customer satisfaction.
