THE POSITION :
As a Workforce Resource Management Senior Coordinator Recruiting / Onboarding US Shift at EVERSANA you will play a pivotal role in identifying attracting and securing top-tier Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment strategies and understanding of the MICC landscape you will source screen and present qualified candidates while providing exceptional service to both internal clients and candidates alike. The Workforce Resource Management Senior Coordinator Recruiting / Onboarding will work with the Workforce Resource Management Coordinator Recruiting / Onboarding MICC Workforce Management MICC Client Manager-Team Leads MICC Leadership MICC Training and EVERSANA HR teams to ensure successful hiring onboarding training and deployment of the MICC staff.
